How do I confirm whether my fitting is B15 or B22?

B15 has a 15mm diameter cap with two bayonet pins. B22 has a 22mm diameter cap with the same pin configuration at larger scale. Remove the existing bulb and measure the cap diameter, or check the markings on the bulb base. If the fitting is a standard-size ceiling pendant or floor lamp, it is almost certainly B22. If it is a compact bedside lamp or small decorative fitting, it may be B15.

The bayonet action (push and twist) is identical for both sizes. Only the diameter differs.

What forms are available in B15?
