A candle shape that takes its visual cue from an actual flame, not just the bulb convention. The dimmable 4W Flame Tip Candle LED Bulb B15 Clear replaces a traditional 40W incandescent, delivering 470 lumens of rich 2700K warm white light through a clear glass envelope with a pointed, twisted tip that mirrors the natural taper of a real candle flame. Ultra-high colour accuracy ensures the light renders colours and textures naturally, with skin tones that look warm and flattering. Backed by a 3-year warranty.
The Flame Tip Shape
The pointed tip is what distinguishes this candle from the standard rounded variety. Where a conventional candle bulb tapers to a rounded dome, the flame tip pulls to a fine point with a subtle spiral that references the flicker and movement of a real flame. The effect is more theatrical and more distinctly vintage, particularly in multi-arm fittings where the pointed silhouettes of several flame tips together create a dramatic, candlelit quality that a rounded candle cannot match. The transparent glass envelope reveals the LED filament array in full, adding a warm, golden sparkle through the clear glass that reinforces the heritage character of the shape. When switched off, the pointed tip and visible filaments give the fitting a distinctive quality that holds its own even in daylight. A compatible trailing-edge dimmer delivers smooth, flicker-free control from full brightness down to a low, ember-like glow.
Where It Belongs
The 4W B15 Flame Tip Clear is at its best in formal and heritage-styles decorative fittings where the candle shape makes a statement. In the home, it suits crystal chandeliers, period-styles candelabras, formal dining room fittings, entrance hall sconces, and statement decorative fixtures where every design detail is intentional. In hospitality and commercial settings, it works well in heritage restaurant and hotel dining room chandeliers, wine bar and cocktail lounge feature fittings, and boutique retail or event venues where a candlelit, atmospheric quality defines the space. The B15 small bayonet cap base fits standard small bayonet sockets commonly found in chandeliers, wall sconces, and decorative fittings.
We stock a full range of bases (E14, E27, B15, B22), including the E12 Candelabra base. The E12 is the standard size for light fittings imported from the US; if you have a North American chandelier or lamp, this is the correct bulb for your fixture.
Clear glass is designed for crystal chandeliers to create a brilliant sparkle; Frosted glass diffuses light to reduce harsh glares; and Porcelain (Opal) offers an entirely uniform, matte white glow. Choose Porcelain or Frosted for a softer, more contemporary aesthetic that is easy on the eyes.
Select 2200K (Sunset Glow) for an ultra-warm, vintage feel; 2700K (Warm White) for traditional living areas; 3000K (Soft White) for a slightly cleaner look; or 4000K (Cool White) for task-heavy spaces like kitchens or work areas.
Our candle bulbs are fully dimmable and optimised for modern trailing-edge LED dimmers. To ensure flicker-free performance and a long lifespan, we recommend avoiding older "leading-edge" magnetic dimmers, which may not be compatible with low-wattage LED technology.
Yes, all our LED candles feature a high Colour Rendering Index (CRI), providing "True Colour" light. This ensures that your interior colours, furniture, and fabrics appear rich and accurate, rather than looking dull or greyish as they often do with lower-quality bulbs.

After a long search I found Liquid LEDs on a web search.
I've recently installed 18 of these candle flame tip globes in two chandeliers within my home a week ago.
These globes look great and appear to be working well (no flickering) with my existing HPM 400L dimmers. They provide ample light and dimmable down to around 1% (4 photos taken on my iPad attached at different dimming settings) which is perfect. I haven't found another LED globe that comes close and the fact that they look like a standard globe is a bonus.

I'm awaiting a second order of 15 fancy round dimmable globes for another chandelier in my daughters room.

4W Flame Tip Candle Dimmable LED Bulb (B15) Clear in Warm White
Good quality bulbs that work well. I have had some of these bulbs for over a year, and have had no issues. Quality is consistent, and the shape gives the bulbs a nicer appearance in the particular light fittings we have (brass flower lights).

We were looking for an alternative to the halogens globes you can find at the usual hardware stores and found these. Ordered a full set and a few spares for our light. They look great (just like the pictures) in the light fixture when they are off and the light they throw when switched on is excellent; comparable to the halogens we had been using. After a week of using them we are very happy. We have 4 x in the light fixture above our dining table. Delivered very promptly.
